  • How do I become a member?
    Anyone Can Adventure [AC Adventure/ACA] is currently free to the general public and requires zero membership fees to participate in our group trips. Our organization is unique in allowing you to choose the event you want to participate in without the hassle of an annual membership fee.   • Are you a coorperation?
    Nope! We are a small business passionate about the outdoors!
  • How long has this adventure/ski club been active?
    Originally the club was operating under Akron and Cleveland based colleges as a university ski club. The club then branched off as an independent ski club in 2020 as Akron Cleveland Ski Club and has since recently rebranded as AC Adventure 2021. The founder of AC Adventure has been operating ski clubs since 2014 with experience in managing ski trips from various ski resorts in CO, PA, NY, OH and MT. Resorts included are: Breckenridge Ski Resort, CO Vail Ski Resort, CO Keystone Ski Resort, CO A-Basin Ski Resort, CO Winter Park Ski Resort, CO Steamboat Ski Resort, CO Holiday Valley Ski Resort, NY Seven Springs Ski Resort, PA Whitefish Ski Resort, MT Boston Mills & Brandywine, OH
  • Who is Anyone Can Adventure?
    Anyone Can Adventure, originally known as Akron Cleveland Ski Club, was put together by a small group of college alumni and students passionate about skiing and snowboarding. Our goal has always been to create affordable trips that appeal to and include those outside a college campus, which is why we chose to not be affiliated with any college or university. Since that original transition we have been able to grow our community both on and off campus, providing us with the opportunity to expand our offerings for our members. We’re proud of all we’ve accomplished thus far, thankful for everyone who’s been part of the journey, and excited for all the future experiences we will build together.
  • Are there any age restrictions?
    There are no age restrictions to go on the trip; however some trips can be geared towards certain age demographics. If you are a minor under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you on the trip. You must be 18 years or older to purchase any club trip.
  • Do I have to live in Ohio to participate?
    Not at all! Our club is open to literally anyone and anywhere! If you want to join one of our trips, we don't care where you're from. Previous members have come from California, Colorado, Nebraska, and elsewhere. As long as you can get to our meet up destination, there's no reason we won't let you be part of our club.
  • What if my flight is delayed, I miss my flight, or do not arrive at the airport on time.
    Please contact Anyone Can Adventure immediately, and we will try to assist you as best as possible but there are no guarantees that the bus shuttle will wait for you. If you miss the scheduled bus, you will be responsible for getting your own transportation from the airport to the resort.
  • Can I purchase a single day lift ticket?
    Unfortunately no, at the moment, all purchases are a package deal and cannot be changed.
  • Are condos co-ed?
    Yes condos will be co-ed. If you're uncomfortable with a co-ed condos, we do not recommend this trip for you.
  • What is your cancellation policy for the trip?
    If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you should contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@anyonecanadventure.com Our cancellation charges are set our below: $250 deposits are fully refundable until October 1, 2024. All purchases are fully refundable until November 1, 2024, excluding $250 deposit if requested after October 1, 2024. 50% refund from November 2, 2024 - December 1, 2024 0% refund starting December 2, 2024, until the trip date. If unforeseen circumstances cause ACA to cancel the trip, then full refunds will be given. ACA does not offer travel insurance or trip protection. It is highly recommended to purchase 3rd party travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending the trip.
  • Are the condos shared?
    Yes, all condos are shared and vary from 4-8 person condos. We strive to give everyone the best experience and try our best to not fill condos to max capacity. We send a custom survey to all of our members regarding rooming and confirm with them whether or not changes need to be made.
  • Who can attend this trip?
    This trip is open to all individuals. The person purchasing the trip must be at least 18 years of age. If any minors were to attend the trip, a parent or guardian must be present as well as additional forms/waivers would need to be filled out prior to the trip.
  • Can I get ski/snowboard/helmet rentals?
    Yes! Please answer the rental questions at checkout. We will then send you updated information on rentals, and send you a separate link to purchase/reserve your rentals for the trip.
  • What airport do I fly into?

  • Can I share a condo with my friends or request roommates?
    Yes! Although not guaranteed, we try our best to not break up groups and if we need to, we will notify you immediately to ensure the rooming accommodations are comfortable for you.
  • Can I get a private condo?
    Unfortunately no, we do not recommend this trip if you are uncomfortable being in a group environment and sharing space with other people.
  • If I don't use all the days of my ski lift ticket, can I get refund?
    Unfortunately we cannot give you a refund for unused lift tickets.
  • What dates do I need to Arrive/Depart By?
    You must arrive at Denver International Airport (DEN) before 2:30 pm MST on Sunday January 5, 2025. The charter bus is scheduled to depart at 3:30pm from the airport. All departure flights must be scheduled for Friday January 10, 2025. The airport shuttle will leave the condos to Denver International Airport (DEN) at 8am MST on Friday January 10, 2025. Please schedule your flights to be in the afternoon or later. If you would like to leave earlier/later, you will be responsible for your own transportation to Denver International Airport from Copper Mountain. Condo check out is 10am MST.
  • What airport do I fly into?
    Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) Address: 4170 U.S. Rte 2, Kalispell, MT 59901
  • What if my flight is delayed, I miss my flight, or do not arrive at the airport on time.
    Please contact ACA immediately, and we will try to assist you as best as possible but there are no guarantees that the bus shuttle will wait for you. If you miss the scheduled bus, you will be responsible for getting your own transportation from the airport to the resort. Transportation to & from the airport (FCA) & Whitefish Amtrak Depot is provided based on availability for arrivals & departures scheduled between 7am & 10pm.
  • If I don't use all the days of my ski lift ticket, can I get refund?
    Unfortunately we cannot give you a refund for unused lift tickets.
  • What hotel are we staying at?
    You will be assigned a room at the Firebrand Hotel in Downtown Whitefish. Firebrand Hotel Address: 650 E 3rd St, Whitefish, MT 59937
  • Are hotel rooms shared?
    There are 2 different options to choose from for lodging accommodations. Quad Occupancy Hotel Package: You will share a hotel room and bed with your roommate Double Occupancy Hotel Package: You will share a hotel room but will have a separate bed from your roommate If you must have a solo room, please inquire directly at info@anyonecanadventure.com
  • What is your cancellation policy for the trip?
    If you want to cancel your booking, or part of it, you should contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@anyonecanadventure.com Our cancellation charges are set our below: $250 deposits are fully refundable until December 1, 2024.   • Are hotel rooms co-ed?
    No. All rooms will be separated and will NOT be co-ed. Co-ed rooms will only occur if it is specifically requested by group or couple. Co-ed rooms will never be assigned for random rooming.

  • Does the hotel have a hot tub or gym?
    Guests staying at the Firebrand Hotel will have access to use the 24-hour fitness center, rooftop hot tub, and patio.
  • What dates do I need to Arrive/Depart By?
    You must arrive at Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) on Sunday, March 9, 2025. Arrival time is flexible throughout the day. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided by the Firebrand Hotel for your arrival We recommend guests arriving before 4 pm to be able to attend our Welcome reception at 6 pm MST. You must depart the hotel on Friday, March 14, 2025, by 10 am. We recommend guests pick either a morning or early afternoon flight to reduce airport wait time.
  • Who can attend this trip?
    Anyone who is at least 18 years of age by the trip date.
  • Can I get ski/snowboard/helmet rentals?
    Yes! Please answer the rental questions at checkout. We will then send you updated information on rentals, and send you a separate link to purchase/reserve your rentals for the trip.
  • Does the hotel have fridges and microwaves?
    All our rooms have a fridge. Microwaves are not available.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If your order has not been processed and/or shipped we can issue you a full refund.
  • I only received part of my order
    If you are doing a large order, sometimes your order will be split and shipped separately in multiple packages. If you need further assistance with your order, please email us at info@anyonecanadventure.us
  • I did not receive my order
    Please contact us immediately at info@anyonecanadventure.com and we will work with you on your order status.
  • Can I change the shipping address?
    Yes, email us immediately info@anyoncanadventure.com within 24 hours after placing your order. Sometimes products are shipped sooner than 24 hours. Unfortunately if the product has already been shipped, we can no longer change the address.
  • My product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing error.
    However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. We will offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery at info@anyonecanadventure.com Please include your order number in the subject line, as well as photo of the issue with the product.
  • Do you take exchanges/returns?
    All sales are final. Each item is made to order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer order exchanges and returns at this time. If you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product at info@anyonecanadventure.com
  • How long does shipping take?
    Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, our standard shipping rate ranges between 2-5 business days domestically in the United States. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your order before shipping.
  • Can I change my shirt size or switch an item after the order is placed?
    Yes, email us immediately at info@anyoncanadventure.com within 24 hours after placing your order. Sometimes products are fulfilled sooner than 24 hours. Unfortunately if the product has already been processed, we can no longer update the product.
